Add A Sign Up Experience

A major highlight each year at Patriot’s Ball is our Sign Up Experience’s (also known as Sign Up Parties). Sign Up Experience’s are parent or staff hosted events or activities based on a variety of interests, hobbies, and themes for adults and/or families. All funds raised from sign ups are donated to Hamilton Elementary.

Whether you host or attend a Sign Up Experience, it’s a wonderful way to help fundraise for the school while having a blast with the Hamilton community.

IDEAS AND INSPIRATION FOR SIGN-UP PARTIES

  • Bowling Party (Kids or Adults – Themed?)

  • Trip to a Chicago Museum or Sporting Event

  • Football/Beer/Pizza Hamilton Dads Day

  • Pizza/Movie Party for kids

  • Themed movie night for parents at a local theater

  • Progressive Cocktail or Dinner Party with multiple families on-board

  • Karaoke Night (Lincoln Karaoke is great for this!)

  • Craft making (jewelry, flowers arranging, etc.)

  • Shuffle-board party (Royal Palms)

  • Backyard/Garage Party

  • Slot Car Afternoon (Mid-America Slot Car Raceway)

  • Derby Party

  • Art Party (Unicoi Art Studio can provide space & give back to school for hosting!)

  • Sports Clinic (Help kids strengthen their skills or get a parents game scheduled!)

  • Coordinated bike ride (brewery or park stops along the way!)

  • Spa Party (nails, facials, etc. Several DIY places in Chicago like Scratch Goods or make your own lipstick Lip Lab)

  • Bloody Mary Brunch

  • Euchre or game night

  • Baking Party (Learn to Decorate/Bake)

  • Backyard wood fired pizzas or bbq smoker party

  • Kids make your own fairy potion party or cooking party

  • Cookie decorating (perfect holiday party in December!)

  • Skeeball tournament (Sluggers is great for this in the off-season for the cubs!)
